Homecoming King & Queen crowned

Homecoming King Kyle Cates and Allison Burress smile for the crowd after being crowned.

During the VU Homecoming game on Friday, Nov. 8, Allison Burress (right) was announced Vincennes University’s 2019 Homecoming Queen. “It feels awesome to win,” she said.

Kyle Cates (left) was named Vincennes University’s 2019 Homecoming King. He was glad to win, but was more excited for his queen.

“I’m just glad she got to win and experience this, being a part of homecoming court is just another thing we can do to get more involved with VU,” Cates said.
