VU continued its Spring Fling events this past Thursday on March 28 with a ‘90s and 2000s themed board game and trivia night. The event started off with students playing board games such as Monopoly, Sorry and Battleship. Students who attended the event also got a $6 voucher to the concession stand at the Jefferson Student Union. The event ended with a ‘90s and 2000s themed Kahoot trivia that had 50 questions. Topics included famous rock bands of the era, celebrities and popular products at the time. The winner was awarded with a $100 gift card to the bookstore. The event was well received by many students and was a fun way to engage and communicate with others. It provided a good source of entertainment and helped students feel welcomed and involved on campus.
